Public Records Requests
Email request to superintendent@prphd.org – Please be as specific and detailed as possible in your description. Failure to provide sufficient information to identify the record(s) may cause delays:

The District will respond within five business days of receiving your public records request by:
​
1) providing the record;
(2) acknowledging receipt of the request and providing a reasonable estimate of the time the District will be required to respond; or
(3) denying the request.
Upon receiving the Records Request the District may ask for clarifying information in order to produce appropriate records.
Electronic files will be produced in PDF format.
Monthly Hospital District Meetings
Nomination for Commissioner No. 3 Vacancy

The Hospital District Board has nominated Vic Riley for the Commissioner No. 3 vacancy.
​
​Pursuant to RCW 42.12.080, registered voters in Point Roberts may submit nominations to the Hospital District by 5 pm on Saturday February 21, 2026 by e-mail to: secretary@prphd.org

​(The newly appointed commissioner's term will run to December 31, 2028)
