Public Records Requests
Email request to superintendent@prphd.org – Please be as specific and detailed as possible in your description. Failure to provide sufficient information to identify the record(s) may cause delays:

The District will respond within five business days of receiving your public records request by:
​
1) providing the record;
(2) acknowledging receipt of the request and providing a reasonable estimate of the time the District will be required to respond; or
(3) denying the request.
Upon receiving the Records Request the District may ask for clarifying information in order to produce appropriate records.
Electronic files will be produced in PDF format.
Monthly Hospital District Meetings
Open Position: Commissioner No. 3

Point Roberts Hospital District has a vacancy on its Board of Commissioners for the position of Commissioner No. 3, pursuant to RCW 42.12.080.
​
Registered voters in Point Roberts may apply to be considered for the position. Any nominations must be received by the Hospital District by 5 pm on Friday, January 30, 2026, preferably by e-mail to: secretary@prphd.org
​
At the regular meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the applicants will have an opportunity to make a brief presentation to the Board, and to answer questions from the Board, after which the Board will consider the applicants.
​(The newly appointed commissioner's term will run to December 31, 2028).
​
